Newly acquired today, it's a Tarpen 240 volt 500 watt genset, a nice addition to the collection - and yes it runs...

However, I do have the Genset ones,the yellow one will need clarifying, but that's a very good example you have there I see. Got Andrews one too!

No room for any more sheds chaps, just a shuffle around of current stock, the Mowett Mustang and the B115 WH have both gone to new homes so that has freed up a bit of space...

A local guy i know comes to me to have his mowers,engines,chainsaws etc repaired and serviced.Anyway he has a water pump with an almost identical engine fitted but his is a rope start rather than a recoil start.It has the same Amal carburettor fitted (which spare parts seem difficult to obtain).This engine is a Villiers F15.It runs really well and when he kept cattle he used to use it to pump water from a small spring into cattle troughs.
