Got in touch with Solo Sprayers who are still operating in Southend producing pretty much the same double action brass sprayer they have done for many years - among others.
They very kindly supplied me with copies of a couple of leaflets (1937 and 1950s)and a more substantial brochure from the late 1930s. Dropbox links below for those interested in viewing or downloading. 1937 leaflet - https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/90862651/Solo%20leaflet%20%20-%201937.pdf 1950s leaflet - https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/90862651/Solo%20leaflet%20-%201950s.pdf Late 1930s brochure - https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/90862651/Solo%20Brochure%20-%20late%201930s.PDF Some interesting info in the Brochure, although there are few pages missing which I have queried with Solo. Have also been in touch with Eclipse Sprayers but have not heard back yet.
Have received a reply from Joseph Bentley but their catalogues are about 200 pages (from 1925, 1930, etc) so time taken to do scanning is probably an issue. They sent me copies of a few pages. I've offered to visit, copy the catalogues and scan later at home, and then let them have the electronic copies if they what them. Will see what they say! Steve |

I have heard recently that Allman Sprayers are no longer about sadly.

I'm showing sprayers next year and these illustrations will be great to add to my Dronwal and Four Oaks literature, thanks a lot, Steve....
